| 1. How did you become involved in Crossfit? I signed up for a bootcamp that was done out of a CrossFit gym. I did that for 2 months then thought I could do it on my own. A year later I found myself signing up for that bootcamp yet again. After a month I was convinced by Nick and my bootcamp trainer JJ, that I needed to do CrossFit.
2. How has Crossfit affected or changed your life? CrossFit became a lifestyle for me. I grew up playing sports, and found great joy in the competition and camaraderie between teammates. CrossFit has become a home for my competitive side, and got me in best shape of my life. Not to mention, I have developed friendships here that will last forever.
3. Favorite Crossfit Workout of the Day? Filthy 50 or Dirty 30. Chippers rock!
4. Favorite Quote of all-time: "Strong is the new skinny" 5. If you were trapped on an Island, what are the 3 things you couldn't live without? The biggest box of Lara Bars you've ever seen, my Bubba Jug, and my hubby, Sean. Definitely cannot live without him.
