| 1. How did you become involved in Crossfit? I was a Division 1 athlete in college, and when I graduated I became very complacent in terms of my physical fitness. After a few years of not doing too much, I realized I really needed something to keep me motivated and in shape. I was looking for a gym, and randomly saw a flyer in a Smoothie King for Crossfit Smyrna. I went in a few days later, gave it a try and was hooked!
2. How has Crossfit affected or changed your life? Got me back into shape and truly rounded out my life
3. Favorite Crossfit Workout of the Day? Too hard to pick just one!
4. Favorite Quote of all-time: I don't have one favorite quote.
5. If you were trapped on an Island, what are the 3 things you couldn't live without? In the words of Crossfit, prepare for the unknown and unknowable. I like to think I'd be able to live with whatever I ended up with on the island.
