| 1. How did you become involved in Crossfit? I've been in the big box gym for most of my life, and was bored with the same old stuff (chest on monday, back/bi's on tues, no legs, then ellipitcal at end, etc) until I ran into Nick (who I haven't seen since our highschool days) and he invited me to come try out Crossfit at his new gym.....I.HAVE.BEEN.THERE.EVER.SINCE.AND.HAVE.NEVER.LOOKED.BACK!!!!!!!
2. How has Crossfit affected or changed your life? I have become more aware of my nutrition, health, fitness, and everyday lifestyle. I love the people and relationships I have made in the gym. You definitely cannot find this bond anywhere else!
