| 1. How did you become involved in Crossfit? I was introduced to CrossFit by my friend Lolo. He knew how much I liked to workout and knew it would be a perfect fit for me. He brought me to CrossFit Smyrna and introduced me to Nick. Little did Lolo and I know that Nick would be my future husband.
2. How has Crossfit affected or changed your life? Well, It's changed my entire view on fitness. I've never had intensity and drive to workout like this before. It's become a lifestyle. Oh, and I met my future husband through CrossFit...I'd call that "life changing"
3. Favorite Crossfit Workout of the Day? Filthy 50 !!! It's the first workout I ever did. Nick thought I should scale back so he made me do 25 reps instead of 50. I was barely out of breath, so he made me do another round of 25.
4. Favorite Quote of all-time: "people in hell want ice water" - norman harper (my dad)
5. If you were trapped on an Island, what are the 3 things you couldn't live without? Nick (and with Nick comes Murphy), a king size matress to put in the hut that Nick will build for me, a blanket (i can't sleep uncovered), bug spray/citronella candles, endless supply of Lululemon clothes.
