| “On-Ramp to CrossFit” New Member Introduction to CrossFit 2 Week Class – 3 (1 hour) sessions per week
CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. We believe that health and fitness are synonymous.
In this class 2 week, 6 session class, we will emphasize skill development and expose new members to the basic movements of CrossFit. The class is designed to prepare new members to enter our ongoing group classes with the knowledge to train safely and effectively.

Many consider CrossFit the “Sport of Fitness.” It is not a specialized physical regimen; rather, it is an attempt to optimize your physical proficiency in each of the ten recognized fitness categories: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.

| Any gym that requires you to sign a contract means they aren't confident in their training or their trainers.
You may terminate your membership by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to your next billing date. If the notice is received at least 30 days prior to your next billing date, no further billing will occur. If the notice is less than 30 days prior to your next billing date, then one more billing will occur. Your written notification of membership termination should be delivered in person or may be mailed to CrossFit Smyrna.
